La Sala que juzga el proceso independentista catalán en el Tribunal Supremo ha respondido a la presidenta del Congreso de los Diputados, Meritxell Batet que su auto de la semana pasada ya apuntó la forma de proceder con respecto a los diputados presos y que no le remitirá ningún informe sobre la aplicación del artículo 384 bis de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal porque es "inviable".
