This practice is kind of advance asana where you need to work on your spine along with your hip opening. If you are well prepared with Chakrasana, this should be a bit comfortable to you. You need warm up your spine before this. Starting with reaching the asnana and slowly you can start staying in the posture for few seconds with the long breaths. End your practice with Shavasana.
